iCare is committed to providing transparent pricing on all services. Due to the global pandemic, patients presenting with COVID-19 related symptoms will be billed as an ER patient. We accept many insurance plans and most plans are covering symptomatic COVID testing at 100%; If you should receive a bill, we are working with patients to not be a financial burden. It is recommended to verify with their insurance on coverage for Travel or asymptomatic testing. COPAY WILL APPLY

WILL I BE SAFE WHEN VISITING ICARE ER & URGENT CARE FOR NON-COVID-RELATED TREATMENT?

Yes! At iCare ER & Urgent Care, we screen all patients who enter our facilities for signs and symptoms of COVID-19.

Patients with positive screens enter through a dedicated entrance and are cared for in a dedicated area.

EACH room is sterilized after EVERY patient using the latest, cutting-edge electrostatic sprayers.

Additionally, for minor urgent care complaints we offer virtual telehealth appointments in which you can have your visit within the safety and comfort of your own home.

IS ICARE ER & URGENT CARE PROVIDING ALL NORMAL SERVICES?

Yes. iCare ER & Urgent Care is offering all normal services for our Fort Worth and Frisco, TX patients. Both facilities are open normal hours.

CAN I RECEIVE COVID-19 TESTING AT ICARE ER & URGENT CARE?

Yes, we offer multiple onsite COVID-19 testing options.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY TEST RESULTS?

We are proud to offer several COVID-19 testing options…

Onsite PCR and antigen testing, provide same day results. PCR send out results in 2 business days.

HOW ACCURATE ARE THE COVID-19 TESTS THAT ICARE OFFERS?

iCare only offers FDA EUA approved testing. Our PCR testing is 97% accurate and is the highest quality COVID test currently available. We also offer Antigen testing for asymptomatic patients that is utilized in many doctor’s offices and urgent cares around the country.

WHAT PROTOCOL SHOULD I FOLLOW IF I TEST POSITIVE FOR COVID-19 OR HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO IT?
