Lauren Green is a seasoned Registered Nurse with over 17 years of Emergency Room experience, including 9 years in ER leadership and administration. Since joining iCare in July 2017, Lauren has played a pivotal role in the organization’s growth and operational success.
She served as Regional Nurse Director from 2018 to 2024 and was instrumental in the opening and launch of the Fort Worth and Forney locations. During that time, she helped guide a period of rapid expansion, growing the organization from 30 to more than 120 employees while maintaining iCare’s strong culture and commitment to patient care.
Today, Lauren serves as Chief Nursing Officer, where she oversees clinical operations and facility management across all iCare locations in Frisco, Forney, and Fort Worth, Texas. In addition to leading clinical teams, she plays an integral role in new project development, ensuring each new iCare location reflects the same standards of quality, operational excellence, and company culture.
Education & Training
Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She began her nursing career in the Emergency Department at Arlington Memorial Hospital, where she quickly advanced into leadership roles including Triage Coordinator and Charge Nurse. These early experiences helped shape her strong clinical judgment, leadership style, and passion for emergency medicine.
Personal
A native of Arlington, Texas, Lauren attended Martin High School before pursuing her nursing degree at Texas Tech. She was actively involved in sports, choir, and musical theater throughout her youth.
Lauren and her husband, Stefan, are the proud parents of three daughters—Karson, Kendall, and Khloe—and their beloved dog, Riley. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time by the water and cheering on her daughters at their sporting events. She also loves planning and organizing events, has a deep appreciation for music, enjoys great Mexican food, and unwinds with a good suspenseful thriller in her downtime.
