Candice joined iCare in July 2020 and currently serves as the Radiology Director.

Candice is a Registered Radiology Technologist with 15 years of experience, specializing in Computer Tomography (CT). She has worked extensively in hospitals and free-standing emergency rooms.

Education & Training

Candice earned her Associate of Science degree in Radiology Technology from a school in Missouri, along with a certification in Computer Tomography. Her career includes time as a Lead CT Technologist in a hospital setting, followed by four years in free-standing ERs, where she has taken on various leadership roles over the past two years.

Personal

Originally from Missouri, Candice moved to Fort Worth, Texas, in 2015 and now resides in Cross Roads, Texas, with her husband Brian and their Boston Terrier, Vinny. She has a passion for travel and outdoor adventures, ranging from water activities to snowboarding in New Mexico. Candice is a fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and the Jacksonville Jaguars. She also loves Korean food and is currently learning the language, with her husband Brian as her teacher.

Ashley joined the iCare team in August 2017, playing a key role in opening the Fort Worth location as Office Manager. She now serves as the Patient Services Director, overseeing patient care and service operations.

Education & Background

In high school, Ashley attended West Sound Technical Skills Center in Bremerton, WA, where she trained to become a Certified Nurse’s Assistant. She later earned an Associate’s degree from Tarrant County College in Fort Worth, TX. Her experience includes working as a scribe in an emergency room and managing an orthopedic practice.

Personal

Raised in a military family, Ashley lived in six different states before moving to Texas in 2008. She and her husband, Chris, have a daughter, Harper, and a dog, Jennerbine. In her free time, Ashley enjoys reading, writing, and playing board or card games with her family.

Paige Burrows: RN, BSN is the Facility Nurse Director at the newest iCare Urgent Care location in Forney, Texas.

Professional Background

Paige is a Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). With a strong commitment to patient care and a passion for healthcare leadership, Paige brings her expertise to iCare Forney, where she oversees daily operations and ensures the highest standards of care for every patient.

Leadership & Experience

As the Facility Nurse Director, Paige plays a crucial role in managing the clinical team, implementing best practices, and fostering a patient-centered environment. Her leadership is driven by a dedication to excellence in healthcare, and she is excited to lead the newest iCare location in serving the Forney community.

Paige is proud to be part of the Forney community and is dedicated to making a positive impact through her work at iCare. When she’s not at the clinic, Paige enjoys spending time with family, exploring the local area.

Angel Rollins: RN, BSN, MBA is a seasoned Registered Nurse with 17 years of Emergency Room experience, including 12 years in ER management and administration.

Education & Training

Angel earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University and later completed an MBA with a specialization in Healthcare Administration from Spring Arbor University. She began her nursing career in the ER, spending a year as a staff nurse before advancing to charge nurse and house supervisor roles at a large, multi-campus healthcare system in Wichita, Kansas. Her valuable experience in these positions paved the way for her to become an ER Manager and eventually advance to the role of ER Director.

Personal

Born in Wichita, Kansas, Angel grew up as a military brat, traveling across the United States. Her favorite base was the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Throughout high school and college, Angel played the trumpet and was also a member of the swim team. She and her husband, David, have four grown children and two future son-in-laws. Her lively little wiener dog named Frodo, is spoiled rotten and is always begging to be the center of her attention, which she gladly obliges.

Angel enjoys spending time with her family in Wichita, KS, watching movies, and playing disc golf. She loves exploring new restaurants, especially those serving Mexican or BBQ cuisine—favorites that played a part in her love for Texas. Angel is also fascinated by otters and hopes to volunteer at an otter habitat facility in the future.

Lauren Green: RN, BSN is a seasoned Registered Nurse with 15 years of Emergency Room experience, including 7 years in ER management and administration. Since joining iCare in July 2017, Lauren played a key role in opening the Fort Worth location. From 2018 to 2024, she served as the Regional Director, expanding the company from 30 to over 100 employees in just three years. Today, she is the Chief Nursing Officer, overseeing operations across all iCare locations in Frisco, Forney, and Fort Worth, TX.

Education & Training

Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas. She began her career as an ER staff nurse and quickly advanced to roles such as Triage Coordinator and Charge Nurse, where she honed her leadership and clinical skills.

Personal

A native of Arlington, Texas, Lauren attended Martin High School before pursuing her nursing degree at Texas Tech. She was active in sports, choir, and musical theater throughout her youth. Lauren and her husband, Stefan, are proud parents of three daughters—Karson, Kendall, and Khloe—and a beloved dog, Riley. She enjoys watching sports, traveling, and spending time by the water, whether at a pool, lake, or beach. Lauren has a deep love for all kinds of music, a passion for Mexican food, and her favorite show is The Office.
